Questions

Pricing, plainly.

If your question isn't here, write to dev@golproductions.com.

Why per-call instead of monthly?

Subscriptions charge you whether or not the product actually runs against your code. Per-call billing makes the unit of value the unit of price. If you don't commit for a week, you don't pay for a week.

What counts as "one call" for the IDE Package?

One call = one commit that triggers any layer. Whether one layer fires or all four, the cost is $0.01 AUD. The pricing tracks engagement, not effort.

Do credits expire?

No. Top up once and the balance lives in your account until you spend it. There is no monthly renewal, no expiration window.

What happens if my balance hits zero?

Commits are blocked at the hook level. The Truth Engine refuses to authorize until your balance is positive again. This is by design — we don't allow free runs by failing open.

Can I get a refund?

Top-ups themselves are non-refundable, but unused credit is portable: it stays in your account forever. For the Debugger, failed rescues are not charged.

Is there a team plan?

Each license is a single key, scoped to one repo. For multiple developers, generate one key per machine — they all draw from the same balance. Team management UI is coming.
