Requests that fail to complete are never charged. You only pay for successful results.
No. The wallet is prepaid and nothing auto-recharges, so the most you can ever spend is the balance you loaded. When it runs out, Check keeps working and simply stops charging: it fails open, allowing commands through with a warning rather than blocking you. An agent making thousands of calls cannot produce an invoice you did not fund.
