golproductions is operated by its principal developer. All references to "I," "me," or "my" refer to golproductions and its principal operator.
Tier 1 — Diagnose ($1,000 AUD): A full-stack code audit with root-cause identification report and actionable fix recommendations. Delivered within 4 hours.
Tier 2 — Fix ($10,000 AUD): Everything in Tier 1 plus a complete bug fix with production-ready deployment and post-fix verification. Delivered within 24 hours.
Tier 3 — Build ($100,000 AUD): Full application architecture, frontend, backend, database, API integrations, and deployment. Delivered in 1–30 days. Milestone-based payments.
All tiers are performance-based. You are not invoiced until I demonstrate verified results or deliverables. If I cannot deliver what I promise, you pay nothing.
Payment is processed via Stripe or bank transfer. Tier 3 engagements use milestone-based invoicing. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST where applicable.
All code, analysis reports, and deliverables produced during an engagement are assigned to you upon receipt of full payment. I retain no copies, licenses, or rights to your code or deliverables.
All client code, data, and communications are treated as strictly confidential. Enterprise NDAs are executed before access is granted. I operate a zero-retention architecture — all analysis runs in volatile, memory-only containers.
My total liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific engagement. I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of my services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
