By using GOL Productions, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully — they describe what we provide, how billing works, and what you're agreeing to.
GOL Productions provides Triage-as-a-Service (TaaS) and Autonomous SRE solutions. Our platform monitors, diagnoses, and autonomously stabilizes software infrastructure through our Level 4 Triage Engine.
Price: $1.20 USD per API call.
Each autonomous code rescue consumes one API call at a flat rate of $1.20 USD via the /api/v1/triage endpoint. There are no subscriptions, monthly fees, or daily limits. You top up your API key balance directly via Stripe Checkout, and credits are deducted from the key per use.
Key-centric billing: all wallet balances are tied to a specific GOL API key. When topping up, you provide your API key, and credits are deposited directly into that key's balance. This ensures accurate, per-key cost tracking.
Free diagnostic demo: we offer a single free diagnostic execution via the public web interface (/diagnostics). This is strictly limited to one execution per user identity (enforced via IP, device fingerprint, and email). Subsequent executions require a topped-up API key.
Price: $0.01 AUD per call.
The GOL IDE Package provides a local, deterministic AST gating engine for your repository. It is billed per commit at $0.01 AUD per call. API keys generated for the IDE Package are tied to your wallet balance. If your balance reaches zero, the local hooks will block commits until you top up.
You acknowledge that the Autonomous Triage Engine interacts directly with your codebase and production cluster, and provides experimental, AI-synthesized code patches. You explicitly assume 100% of the risk when deploying this code to your production cluster or repository. The output of the engine is advisory and untested until validated and deployed by you.
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our liability for any safety defects, architectural misalignments, or performance failures in the generated code is limited to either resupplying the service or a credit of the API fee to your account balance. The final responsibility for production stability rests entirely with the client.
All patches, fixes, and architectural optimizations generated by the engine are assigned to you as a "work-for-hire" equivalent upon generation. However, you acknowledge that under current Australian law, fully AI-generated code may have limited copyright protections without demonstrable human authorship. We maintain only the underlying engine logic and patterns used to generate such fixes.
We do not store client code. All analysis runs in volatile memory. We do not use client source code to train models for competitors. Each engagement is an isolated, immutable environment.
Pre-paid credits (Pay-Per-Rescue): except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), all API key top-ups are strictly non-refundable due to the immediate computing costs and LLM logic provisioning required for each rescue. Unused credits remain on your API key indefinitely and do not expire.
The GOL IDE Package: because the IDE Package provides immediate downloadable utility — and inherently functions strictly as an immutable local verification gate rather than a generative editing tool — all top-ups are strictly non-refundable for change of mind. For users in the EU and UK: by purchasing, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or streaming has begun. Except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law for major technical failures), you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary intellectual property and waive your right to a refund.
Disputes: if you believe a rescue was not executed correctly, contact dev@golproductions.com. At our discretion, we may issue a credit to the disputed key.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. To the maximum extent permitted by law (subject to Australian Consumer Law guarantees that cannot be excluded), GOL Productions expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We specifically disclaim any warranty regarding code safety, correctness, or non-destructive execution. We do not warrant that the engine will not introduce new bugs, performance regressions, data loss, or security vulnerabilities, nor that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the ACL), in no event shall GOL Productions, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, downtime, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GOL Productions and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Given the unpredictable execution times of autonomous LLM reasoning and third-party API dependencies, GOL Productions provides no Service Level Agreement (SLA) for uptime, API latency, or response times. The API is provided on a best-effort basis without guarantees of availability.
You agree not to use GOL Productions for any unlawful, malicious, or abusive purpose. The following are strictly prohibited:
Zero-abuse tolerance: violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
GOL Productions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, DDoS attacks, or failures of third-party cloud infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare, Stripe, GitHub, Anthropic, and Google APIs).
The Service is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using GOL Productions, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Perth, Western Australia, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
