The short version: Check is the only product with a charge, and only after 120 free requests a day. A request is a message you submit or a command an AI writes. Both bill equally at $0.0068 AUD. Envie and Exnos are completely free. Unused Check credits never expire and stay honoured (sections 3 and 15). Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the Australian Consumer Law gives you.
GOL Productions ("GOL", "we", "us") operates golproductions.com and the products available through it. You can reach us any time at support@golproductions.com.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use GOL products. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you use GOL products on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
GOL offers three standalone tools: Check, Envie, and Exnos. Check is the only one with a charge: it is usage-based and draws from a prepaid balance in Australian dollars (your "GOL wallet"), after a free daily allowance. Envie and Exnos are free and require no account. Unused credits never expire and remain honoured.
Envie is free, with no charge of any kind. Earlier versions of the Envie client, and its listing on npm, described a paid tier at $3.00 AUD for a watermark-free render. That charge has been removed and no wallet is debited for a render. If you were ever charged for an Envie render, email support@golproductions.com and we will refund it.
Check: 120 free requests per day, no signup required. A request is a message submitted or a command validated. Both draw from the same daily pool. This allowance is capped three ways and whichever is reached first applies: per key, per device fingerprint, and per network IP. Devices on the same public IP address share one pool of 120. After the daily allowance is used, each request costs $0.0068 AUD from your prepaid balance. Local denials (your own machine identified a syntax error or missing binary before contacting the server) do not count against the daily allowance.
Envie: completely free. Unlimited renders, no watermark, no account required.
Exnos: completely free, no limits, no account.
Free allowances for Check are limited to one account per person and one account per device. Creating multiple accounts or circumventing device detection to obtain additional free checks is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
Check verifies whether commands, imports, and syntax are valid against your actual project environment. Results are factual assessments, not certifications: they do not guarantee that any target is reachable, secure, or compliant with any standard. Results will vary depending on the AI model you use, your project structure, your environment, and how the model generates its output. Check compares what your AI writes against what exists in your project at the moment of the check. Nothing more, nothing less.
Check is designed to fail open rather than block your work. When your daily free checks are exhausted and your balance is empty, or when the validation service cannot be reached, commands proceed without validation and Check surfaces a warning where the environment allows it.
Envie renders animated videos from HTML templates you provide. Renders are free, unlimited, and produced without a watermark. The output depends on the HTML you supply; we do not guarantee any specific visual result, rendering speed, or compatibility with every browser feature. Videos are rendered locally on your machine using the Envie client; we do not store, host, or have access to your rendered videos.
Exnos reads the live state of your Chrome browser tab and returns it to your coding agent. It is strictly read-only: it never clicks, types, navigates, or modifies any page. Exnos runs entirely on your local machine and never contacts GOL servers.
All products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law, subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 9). We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to Check and Envie. Exnos has no server component and is not affected by service availability.
You remain responsible for decisions you make based on product output. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, detection rate, or level of accuracy for any product.
We are working to improve our products all the time. If you experience an issue or something does not work as expected, please email support@golproductions.com so we can investigate and resolve it.
Check inspects commands and messages against verified environment facts — whether files, packages, or targets named by an AI actually exist on your machine. Check does not author, modify, or shape the content that third-party AI models produce beyond providing those verified facts as additional context, analogous to information you would place in a README or provide manually to an AI. Responsibility for what the AI produces, and for deciding whether to run any command an AI writes, remains with you and with the AI's operator. GOL Productions makes no representation about the accuracy, safety, or suitability of third-party AI output.
Sign-in uses your email address and a single-use code, with optional two-factor authentication (TOTP). You are responsible for:
If you believe your key has been compromised, rotate it immediately from the console or contact us. You may also revoke all active sessions from the console. We will not be liable for unauthorised usage that occurs before you notify us or rotate your key.
This section applies to Check, the only GOL product with a usage-based charge. Envie and Exnos are free and involve no payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Top-ups are credited to your account automatically once Stripe confirms payment.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have under law that cannot lawfully be changed by agreement. The Australian Consumer Law is administered by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) together with the state and territory consumer protection regulators. If you believe a consumer guarantee has not been met and we have not put it right, you can also raise it with the ACCC or your local consumer protection agency.
What you make is yours. We claim no ownership of, and no licence over, anything you create with a GOL product: your compositions, your rendered videos, your prompts, your commands, your code, and your redacted text. You own your output and may use, publish, distribute and sell it freely, commercially or otherwise, with no attribution to GOL required and no royalty owed. Envie renders on your machine and we never receive the file; Check discards command content when the verdict returns; Exnos never sends us anything at all. Nothing in the rest of this section takes any of that back.
What follows describes our own software, not your work.
"Check", "Envie", "Exnos", the GOL name, the GOL logo, and all associated software, algorithms, compiled binaries, validation engines, documentation, test suites, and trade secrets are the exclusive intellectual property of GOL Productions. All rights are reserved worldwide.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse. If we do, we will tell you why. Unused credits on a terminated account will be refunded except where they were obtained fraudulently or where the account was used to violate these terms.
The Check API enforces a rate limit of 60 requests per minute per endpoint. You may also set a voluntary daily spending cap in your console. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits and free-tier allowances to maintain service quality, and will provide notice of material changes. Envie and Exnos have no rate limits.
We process only the data you send to the API plus standard operational data. The details are in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOL Productions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
This indemnification does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own negligence or breach.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to section 8:
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, infrastructure failures at our hosting providers, government actions, or pandemics. We will resume service as quickly as reasonably possible.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged in the console or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. Changes never apply retroactively to credits you already bought: those keep the terms they were bought under, or better.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, without limiting your right to bring claims under the Australian Consumer Law in any court that has jurisdiction.
