The short version: GOL offers one product, Check. Every key starts with 100 free blocks; after that, Check charges A$0.10 for each action it stops, and nothing for what it lets through. Credit bought before 17 October 2026 keeps its price lock (section 4). Prepaid credits never expire and stay honoured (sections 3 and 15). Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the Australian Consumer Law gives you.
GOLProductions ("GOL", "we", "us") operates golproductions.com and the products available through it. You can reach us any time at support@golproductions.com.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use GOL products. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you use GOL products on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
GOL offers one product, Check. It is usage-based, paid in Australian dollars, and draws from a prepaid balance (your "GOL wallet") after 100 free blocks. One GOL account, signed in at golproductions.com, gives access to it. Unused prepaid credits never expire and remain honoured.
Check: 100 free blocks on every GOL API Key, with no time limit. Keys are made only at the console, by a signed-in account with two-factor authentication. A block is one action Check stops before it runs. After the free blocks, each block costs A$0.10 (GST inclusive where GST applies) from your prepaid balance. Actions Check allows are free. The same block retried within the same message is charged once. Blocks made by your own policy rules, requests that fail to complete, and anything Check itself fails to decide are never charged. Pricing changed on 17 October 2026, from US$0.02 a message after a 14-day trial. Price lock on earlier credit: credit bought before 17 October 2026 was sold with a promise that a message would never cost more than US$0.02; that promise holds: such credit is never charged more than A$0.0288 (US$0.02 at A$1.44 per US$1) for one message, however many blocks it has, and it is used before any newer credit. On 17 October 2026 every balance was converted from US dollars to Australian dollars at A$1.44 per US$1.
Free allowances for Check are limited to one account per person and one account per device. Creating multiple accounts or circumventing device detection to obtain additional free messages is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
Check verifies whether commands and syntax are valid against your actual environment. Results are factual assessments, not certifications: they do not guarantee that any target is reachable, secure, or compliant with any standard. Results will vary depending on the AI model you use, your project structure, your environment, and how the model generates its output. Check compares what your AI is about to do against what exists at the moment of the check: on your machine (programs, files, folders, git, parsers), in the public package registries. Nothing more, nothing less.
Check is designed to fail open rather than block your work. When your free blocks are used and your balance is empty, when the validation service cannot be reached, or when your installed version is too old for our server, commands proceed without validation and Check surfaces a warning where the environment allows it.
Check is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law, subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 8). We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to Check.
You remain responsible for decisions you make based on product output. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, detection rate, or level of accuracy.
We are working to improve our products all the time. If you experience an issue or something does not work as expected, please email support@golproductions.com so we can investigate and resolve it.
Check connects your AI to the machine you already use. It reports what your system says, such as whether a program exists, and adds nothing of our own. It does not write, choose or run your AI's actions. When Check blocks a command, it reports your machine's answer; what your AI does next is decided by your AI and by you. Responsibility for your AI's output and actions remains with you and with your AI's provider, under that provider's terms. GOLProductions makes no representation about the accuracy, safety or suitability of any AI model's output.
What happened. Envie (AI video rendering) and Exnos (live browser state for AI coding agents) were free tools we released from July 2026, first through npm and GitHub. Depending on the version, copies were released under the MIT License, the GOL Open License or the GOL Free License. On 12 October 2026 we withdrew both: we unpublished them from npm, made their source private, stopped distributing them from this website, and removed them from our product range. We no longer offer, update or support either tool.
If you already have a copy, you may use it within the rights its licence gives you. It keeps working and stays free, and we will not switch it off or limit it. Exnos and Envie 0.8.0 and later never contact our servers. Envie versions before 0.8.0 ask our server for a free render grant before each render; we keep that service running so those copies keep working, and it stores nothing. Each copy remains under the licence in its own LICENSE file, and these terms add no restriction to the rights that licence grants. Exnos passes browser content only to the AI tool on your machine that asked for it; that tool may send it on to its own provider, under that provider's terms.
Refunds. Early Envie versions described a $3.00 AUD charge for a watermark-free render. If you were ever charged, email support@golproductions.com and we will refund it.
AI Assistant and the Hallucination Checker. We also withdrew AI Assistant (a chat assistant for business websites) and the Hallucination Checker (a subscription that checked AI text against your documents) on 12 October 2026. No customer had paid for either. If you believe you were charged for either, email support@golproductions.com and we will refund it.
"Envie" and "Exnos" remain trademarks of GOLProductions. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Sign-in uses your email address and a single-use code. You are responsible for:
If you believe your key has been compromised, rotate it immediately from the console or contact us. You may also revoke all active sessions from the console. We will not be liable for unauthorised usage that occurs before you notify us or rotate your key.
This section applies to Check. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Top-ups are credited to your account automatically once Stripe confirms payment.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have under law that cannot lawfully be changed by agreement. The Australian Consumer Law is administered by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) together with the state and territory consumer protection regulators. If you believe a consumer guarantee has not been met and we have not put it right, you can also raise it with the ACCC or your local consumer protection agency.
What you make is yours. We claim no ownership of, and no licence over, anything you create while using Check: your prompts, your commands and your code. You own your output and may use, publish, distribute and sell it freely, commercially or otherwise, with no attribution to GOL required and no royalty owed. What we keep from your use of Check, and your switch for it, is set out in section 12. Nothing in the rest of this section takes any of that back.
What follows describes our own software, not your work.
"Check", "Envie", "Exnos", the GOL name, the GOL logo, and all associated software, algorithms, compiled binaries, validation engines, documentation, test suites, and trade secrets are the exclusive intellectual property of GOLProductions. All rights are reserved worldwide.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse. If we do, we will tell you why. Unused credits on a terminated account will be refunded except where they were obtained fraudulently or where the account was used to violate these terms.
The command-checking endpoint allows 60 requests per minute, Check counts up to 30 messages per minute, and account endpoints have lower limits. We may adjust rate limits and free allowances only where reasonably necessary to protect service quality, security or other users, and we will give notice of material changes. If a change materially reduces something you have paid for, section 17 applies and you may cancel and be refunded.
We collect only what each product needs to work, plus your account email and how you first found us. The text of your messages and the contents of your files never reach us. We keep a record of each check (the time, a one-way hash of your key, your network address, Check's version, which AI tool asked, and the verdict). Improvement records: for keys created from 14 October 2026, we also keep, by default, the command your AI was about to run (with credentials removed), the name of a file it was about to write, and the reason Check gave, to make Check better. You can switch improvement records off, or on, at any time in the console; keys created before 14 October 2026 have them off unless their owner switches them on. Exactly what we collect, why, where it is stored and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
This section applies only if you use our products in the course of a business. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify GOLProductions against claims by third parties, and the reasonable costs of defending them, to the extent they arise from:
This indemnity is reduced to the extent a claim or loss was caused or contributed to by us, including by our negligence or breach of these terms. It does not apply to individuals using our products for personal, domestic or household purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to section 8:
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, infrastructure failures at our hosting providers, government actions, or pandemics. We will resume service as quickly as reasonably possible.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged in the console or by email. If a change materially disadvantages you, you may, before or within 30 days after it takes effect, stop using the affected product and ask us to refund unused credits for that product. Otherwise, continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. Changes never apply retroactively to credits you already bought: those keep the terms they were bought under, or better.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, without limiting your right to bring claims under the Australian Consumer Law in any court that has jurisdiction.
